Celebrate the newness of spring with these First Day of Spring Journal Pages as part of your homeschooling journey.

I love spring. It is a breath of fresh air, a newness to the year that comes at the end of a long winter in the North Woods of Maine.

Our family business keeps us crazy busy from the last few days of December through the last day of March.

Spring is when we usually get away on a vacation ourselves. A cruise is our favorite way to travel the world, but road trips are a close 2nd.

While our big spring celebration is still a little ways away, we are still celebrating that it is the first day of spring!

These first day of spring journal pages are a fun way for your kids to celebrate the new season.

Since they are un-dated, you can save and print them each year.

At the end of your homeschooling journey, it will be a fun way to look back and see your children grow up.

I wish I had used more resources like this to have a snapshot of our homeschool over the years.

Time gets away quickly and before you know it your days as a homeschool mom are at an end.

Make sure that what you’re doing is what you want to remember.

Celebrate the little things as well as the big things. Take breaks from “normal” homeschooling more often.

Embrace your children’s interests and let go of what they “should be” learning.

Let the newness of the spring season inspire you to make changes that will better your child’s education!
