What better way to celebrate the “Month of Love” with these activities for your tot. My favorite activity for toddlers has got to be sensory bins, followed closely by Tot packs and arts and crafts.

The Best Valentine Activities for Toddlers

Rockabye Butterfly’s Valentines sensory set up is my absolute favorite.

Here is our Sensory Bin! Beans with added hearts, beads, petals, ribbon, confetti, cups and spoons and containers. A divided veggie tray makes for a great sorting activity. Here Butterfly sorted foam hearts into three sizes: large, medium, small. Then afterwards, she sorted them into the three different colors.

I have been collecting fun little heart things for years so I had a lot of that and even my mom sent me a sweet package with some items she found in the dollar section at Walmart and Dollar Tree! I also went through our toys and gathered a wide variety of pink and red items. The kids always love finding their toys mixed into a bin! Not everything I have was in the bin today, I gradually add things in over the weeks while it is out.

Below you’ll find a few tot packs I have collected over the years. I tend to mix and match the packs and don’t keep them separate as different packs, but rather as one big pack with a few activities. They seem to keep their attention longer that way.
