Learning to speak a foreign language is a great opportunity for anyone. However, when children are introduced to a foreign language at a young age, they are more likely to stick with it. Using foreign language apps as part of your child’s homeschool education, is a great way to make learning a new language fun!
Apps are great for homeschooling while on road trips, during quiet time, on Mommy sick days, through summer break and much more! Kids should be actively learning something new each day and apps can help busy homeschool moms have a bit of a break.
I do not encourage using apps exclusively to learn a foreign language, however they are good additional resources.
Did you know that there are over 6,500 languages in the world? There aren’t anywhere near that many foreign language curriculum available to use in your homeschool. Yet, there are more than 30 language options available just using apps.
