Wrapping up a homeschool year can be a challenge. Some years it is thrilling to organize and prepare for the next year. Other times you just want to throw everything in a box and call it good. This Homeschool Year Wrap Up Challenge will make it easier either way.
I love to organize and plan. They are two of my favorite things to do. I’m a bit odd like that. However, I don’t always love to do those things for my homeschool.
Over the years, I’ve become a more relaxed homeschooler. In the beginning, I planned out our entire homeschool year at once. We were not allowed to get off track because it wouldn’t end the way I planned it to if we didn’t. That would make me a failure.
Thankfully, I learned that wasn’t true. The freedom that came with a more relaxed homeschooling journey has been a huge benefit to my children and myself. Especially after we started our family business. If I had still been the OCD, over the top planning homeschool mom I was in the beginning, it wouldn’t have worked.
Whether you’re looking forward to the next homeschool year or not, this challenge is for you. It will help organize, purge and plan which will be a tremendous blessing when the new homeschool year begins.
